Rules & Regulations

1. Attendance & Punctuality

Students must attend school regularly and arrive on time.

Minimum 75% attendance is required for promotion.

Leave must be informed through a written application.

Medical certificate is required in case of illness.

2. School Uniform

Students must wear clean and complete school uniform on all working days.

Proper shoes, ID card, and neat grooming are mandatory.

Uniform must be worn during school events unless informed otherwise.

3. Discipline

Students must maintain good behavior inside and outside school.

Misbehavior, bullying, or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited.

Respect towards teachers, staff, classmates, and school property is expected.

4. School Property

Any damage to school property must be reported immediately.

Repair or replacement costs must be paid by the responsible student.

5. Tests & Exams

All students must appear for assessments and examinations.

Missing exams without valid reason or medical proof will affect promotion.

6. Homework & Classwork

Students must complete all classwork and homework on time.

Parents should regularly check the school diary for updates.

7. Prohibited Items

Students must not bring:

Mobile phones

Electronic gadgets

Sharp objects or toys

Money or expensive items

Confiscated items will be returned only to parents.

8. School Transport

Students using school transport must follow all transport rules.

Misbehavior in the bus may lead to cancellation of transport facility.

9. Health & Safety

Parents must inform the school about any medical condition.

Unwell students should not be sent to school.

10. Parent Responsibilities

Ensure punctuality, regular attendance, and neat uniform.

Attend PTMs and school meetings regularly.

Keep contact details updated with the school office.

11. Fees & Payments

Fees must be paid on time as per the schedule.

Late fee will apply for delayed payments.

Continuous non-payment may lead to suspension of admission.

12. Leaving School Early

Early pick-up is allowed only with written permission from parents.

Parents must come personally or send an authorized guardian.
